This Privacy Policy explains what information Auto Paper collects when you visit autopaper.com, place an order or contact us, how we use it, and who we share it with. If you have a question about your information, email info@autopaper.com.
Information we collect
When you check out. Our checkout form asks for your billing name, address, phone number and email address, and the name and address the order should be delivered to. A company name and a delivery phone number are optional.
When you pay. PayPal processes payments for our website. You can pay with your PayPal account or, where PayPal offers the option, with a debit or credit card without a PayPal account. You enter your payment details with PayPal; we do not receive or store your full card or bank account number. After you approve the payment, PayPal sends us your name, email address, shipping address and, if available, your phone number so we can complete and ship your order.
Your order record. We keep a record of each order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, the items you bought, and the amounts charged for items, shipping and any sales tax, with the date and time. We email an order confirmation to you and a copy to Auto Paper. Those emails include your billing and delivery details.
When you contact us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address and phone number, and lets you add your address and a message. Messages are sent to us by email; the website does not save them separately. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.
When you browse. Like most websites, our site and web host automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We also use Google Analytics, described below.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and support your order, including questions about shipping, returns and payment.
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To keep business, accounting and tax records.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- To protect the site and our customers against fraud and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not currently send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
- PayPal processes your payment. PayPal's own privacy statement covers the information you give PayPal directly.
- Shipping carriers receive the name, delivery address and, where required, the phone number and item description needed to deliver your order. International shipments also require a customs declaration.
- Google provides Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA, which our contact page loads.
- Service providers who host the website and email or help us maintain the site may handle information on our behalf, only to provide those services.
- Legal reasons. We may share information if required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Our site uses a session cookie to remember your cart and checkout details while you shop. The cart and checkout will not work without it.
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies. It receives the address of each page you view, which includes the words you search for when you use our site search, along with information about your browser, device and how you reached our site. It also records interactions such as scrolling, clicks on links to other sites, file downloads and use of forms. Our site sends Google Analytics the words you enter in the site search, the products you view, items you add to the cart, cart and checkout visits, and completed purchases with the order number, items, prices, shipping and any sales tax. Our site does not add your name, email address, phone number or street address to this information. Please do not type personal information into the site search box.
Google signals is turned off for our Google Analytics property, and the property is not linked to Google Ads or other Google advertising accounts.
Our contact page loads Google reCAPTCHA, a Google service that may set cookies and collect information about your device and browser.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. To learn how Google uses this information, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How long we keep it
We do not have a fixed retention schedule for order or contact records. We keep them as long as we need them to handle orders and customer questions and to keep business, accounting and tax records.
Your choices
If you have a question or request about the personal information we hold about you, email info@autopaper.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under local law, and we will respond to requests as that law requires.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
