1995 Mazda B-Series Truck New Generation Star (NGS) Tester Usage Guide. Original.

This guide from Mazda Motor of America, Inc. Technical Training Department was used to help train technicians on the use of the NGS Tester.

Using this guide, you will be able to:

Identify the components of the New Generation Star (NGS) tester
Hook up and operate the NGS tester
Perform diagnostic service procedures on the following 1995 B-Series systems:

EEC-V OBD II
Generic Electronic Module (GEM)
Remote Entry Anti-Theft Warning System (RAP)
Four Wheel Anti-Lock Brake (4WABS) System

This guide does not include procedures for using the tester's Digital Measurement System. One would have needed to contact the training instructor on that feature.
