Not certain the year, but the company was renamed Hayes Trucks LTD when The Signal Company took a controlling stake in the company in 1971. The Signal Company subsequently sold the company to Paccar in 1975, at which time Paccar closed the Hayes plants.

Hayes trucks were known for being durable trucks with a revolving bunk system. They built highway and off-road trucks, many of which were used in the logging industry.

Condition: Cover shows some yellowing and has some light soiling along the spine. Some rust on staples.
