That is the 1998 Service RAM Truck 1500-3500 BR/BE Manual Supplement 81-370-8108B (NOT Included with this manual).

This manual is in good complete condition with minor wear, blemishing and soiling from use in a Dealership [see photos]. Very useful tool for the Ram Owner.
