Conceived and pioneered by Mercedes-Benz in 1981, Roadside Assistance remains the first and only program of its kind to provide authorized dealer assistance after normal dealer service hours.
The key word is authorized. On-the-phone or on-the-spot assistance is provided by a factory-trained Mercedes-Benz technician. Nights, weekends, and holidays - 365 days a year. Offered not for a matter of months, but for as long as you own your car.
