Developed by Ford Motor Company, these shop manuals provide detailed repair instruction written by the manufacturer. Information contained in each body type specific manual has been developed to aid technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicle components and systems.

Appropriate service methods and procedures are essential for the safe, reliable operation of all motor vehicles as well as the personal safety of the individual doing the work. This manual provides general directions for performing service with tested, effective techniques. Following them will help assure reliability. There are numerous variations in procedure, techniques, tools and parts for servicing vehicles, as well as in the skill of the individual doing the work. This manual cannot possibly anticipate all such variations and provide advice or cautions as to each. The descriptions and specifications contained in the manual were in effect at the time of publication. Note: These manuals were never meant as restoration manuals, as that is not within the regular scope of work done by dealership service departments.

Condition: Service Manuals are used in Dealership Shops, Independent Garages and in Fleet Environments and thus can reflect such use, most often showing extensive signs of soiling, age, and wear. These are not coffee table books. These have some definite use. Covers have soiling/scuffs/wear/moisture damage and there is soiling on the outside page edges. Volume B & D have tear on cover about halfway. Volume B has break at spine in front with first page being loose. Internal pages are soil free for the most part. With this type of book, it is the content that reigns supreme and the information within is still legible and can give valuable insight into the care and maintenance of a vehicle. The images shown are reflective of the of kind of condition one might find of manuals that are shipped.
