MVMA = Motor Vehicle Manufacturer's Association of the United States. Basically a successor to the Automobile Manufacturers Association and predecessor of today's Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers.

Condition: Some rust on staples. Envelope has some definite staining/yellowing/spotting, etc.. Pages have yellowing and age spots, but are in fairly good shape for their age.
