The Mack Extended Lubrication System (ESI & ESI Plus) has been designed into ESI Prevention Maintenance and Lubrication Systems.

These systems are set up for use by operators of Mack equipment in highway service. The PM schedules are set up in mileage/KM, days and hours sections for flexibility.

Individual owners may wish to alter these factors to fit their individual operating requirements. These schedules and PM forms provide a good base upon which a well run Preventive Maintenance Program may be built. Factors such as extremely dusty conditions, etc., may require a reduction in inspection or lubrication periods.
