This Owner Protection Plan booklet provides you with guides to be followed in obtaining service for the new Buick you have just purchased and identifies you as the owner of the Buick described herein. It will serve as a means of obtaining service for your Buick from any authorized Buick dealer in the United States or Canada. You should, therefore, keep this booklet in the glove compartment of your car at all times.

This booklet would have been delivered to you by the authorized Buick dealer who sold you your Buick.

This one has not been filled out and still has adhesive strips (not sure how good the adhesive under the protective strips is at this point) where one would have put their Protect-O-Plate.

Condition: Shows very little wear, but some light discoloration.
