The original conception for producing the "B" Range of petrol engines was to provide a series of compact units having a common stroke and bore and covering a power range up to 200 hp. These light and durable engines, designed to suit quantity users since most of the wearing parts are common to all sizes, have shown themselves in service to be extremely reliable in a wide variety of applications.
