It was thought that this invention would help lessen the injuries sustained by pedestrians that might be hit by the automobile. It was invented in Paris, France.
Reproduction photo printed on high quality, high gloss, acid free base stock photographic paper. Paper size is 8" x 10". Original scanned photo paper was 6.5" x 4.5". As a result of proportion differences some of the extraneous areas of the photo are cropped out. Great reproduction.
