Q: Can I open a wholesale account?
A: Yes, wholesale accounts are always welcome.

Q: Do you have a list of your catalog online?
A: There is no catalog due to the size of our inventory. Call us for more information.

Q: What are your Trade Terms?
A: 20% discount on initial order of 10 or more items. After 3 orders totaling $600.00 retail in 4 consecutive months the maximum discount will be applied the 4th order and orders thereafter. This discount structure applies only to the titles we publish.

Q: What are your Payment Terms?
A: All quotes are in U. S. dollars. All items must be prepaid. There are no trade receivables. MasterCard, Visa, Discover or check drawn on U.S. affiliate bank, and wire transfers are acceptable. COD company check only within the 48 U.S. states.

Q: What are your Shipping Terms?
A: Actual shipping is charged after package(s) are sent. There is a $5.50 fee per order for handling (packing materials, etc.). Unless otherwise stated items will be sent surface mail. Packages sent surface mail overseas will not be insured and can not be guaranteed. It is difficult to estimate overseas shipping. For this reason MasterCard or Visa is recommended. Air forwarded orders are shipped same day if confirmed before 1PM Eastern time.

Q: How do you process orders?
A: Most overseas dealers fax or email customer requests. Responses always include price quotes. All fax orders must be confirmed by return fax or email before anything will be shipped. In addition to the manuals on this web site, we also carry an extensive selection of sales brochures, parts books, owner’s manuals, other shop manuals, showroom albums, color & upholstery albums, paint chips, etc. Stock covers 1900-1999. Established dealers are entitled to a 20% discount on any of these items.
