Shipping:
We make every effort to ship all orders by the end of the following business day but this is not always possible. All items are shipped via the store owner's preferred method. This is typically USPS Media Mail or UPS Ground.

Returns:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. All non-eBay items are returnable within 10 days. You will recieve a full refund, minus the shipping & handling, for all items returned in the same condition they were sent.
All returns must be pre-approved and must contain our invoice. Orders returned without pre-approval and our invoice enclosed will be rejected.

Please note: Many of our items are not new. Original items are typically in used condition. If you need your item in a specific condition, please contact us before placing your order in order to assure availability. This can save us both the time and effort involved in shipping/returning an item due to condition issues. For example, you may be looking for an item in 'mint' condition, but we may only have one in 'good' condition.

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to charge a 20% return charge with the exception of dealer albums and loose leaf items which may be charged up to 30%.
